Event & Expo Catering Units

The hard part of an event trailer is not building it — it is delivering on time, setting up fast and striking on schedule. We schedule production around your event calendar and put setup and strike times into the delivery list.

Real Pain Points

Where This Scenario Usually Goes Wrong

These are the problems we keep meeting on this type of project. A proposal is only as good as its honesty about them.

The order lands 30 days before the event

Normal production slots are full, so the unit has to be prioritised into the schedule.

Setup and strike each get half a day

Conventional builds cannot make that window. It has to tow in and work.

Event peaks are extreme

Thirty minutes either side of kick-off is an absolute surge, so equipment redundancy matters.

Temporary sites have no services

Off-grid pitches need their own generation and water storage, and that has to be costed early.

Configuration Notes

How to Configure the Chassis and Equipment

Rapid deployment Tow in and operate — nothing is assembled on site. One or both sides open, with all connections made within 2 hours.
Capacity redundancy Twin service positions and twin refrigeration units so a single failure does not stop trading.
Off-grid capable Optional generator, water storage and waste treatment modules for temporary sites with no municipal services.
Signage system Large-format brand panels and wayfinding points are pre-reserved for unified event graphics and zone marking.
