FAQ

Customisation, lead time, warranty, compliance, export and logistics — our ten most-asked questions.

bus series food truck
Can you build to my drawings?
Yes — every unit is built to your drawings. Send us dimensions, shape and equipment needs, and we return a 3D render and a specification sheet before production begins.
What is the lead time?
15-45 days in factory for standard formats. Bespoke shapes and 8-10 m buses take longer because of structural complexity — confirmed at proposal stage.
What warranty do you offer?
2-year warranty on wear parts and 10-year warranty on the frame and chassis. OEM spare parts, remote technical support, nationwide logistics, complete vehicle delivery and on-site operator training are included.
Are these road vehicles?
No. These are commercial operating units for use inside scenic areas, commercial streets and similar venues, for short-distance movement within the operating site. They are not road vehicles and must not be driven on public roads. Electric four-wheel models can be road-registered provided the model appears in the MIIT catalogue.
How large is the factory?
30,000 m² with six in-house workshops covering stamping, body welding, electrophoretic coating, paint preparation, top-coat painting and final assembly. 230 staff including design, production and customer service. Annual output is 3,000 units.
What is the minimum order?
One unit. There is no minimum batch — which is exactly why we build to drawing rather than pushing standard stock.
Do you export?
Yes, we support export. Export certification can be arranged on request, with cost and lead time stated together in the quotation. EXW, FOB and CIF terms are all available.
How is pricing calculated?
By configuration and size combination. The figures on our pages are indicative bands for standard configuration; the formal quotation prevails. Bespoke builds are quoted against your drawing.
How is the unit transported?
By professional flat-bed vehicle logistics. Finished units are 2.5-3 m wide, so we confirm access routes and door clearance before dispatch.
Can changes still be made after delivery?
Structural changes — length, shape — have to be settled before production. Interior layout and equipment can still be adjusted during assembly.
