FAQ

Customization FAQ

What do you need from me to start?
A sketch, a dimension list or a few reference photos all work. Tell us the site, the business type and the equipment needs, and we return a 3D render and a specification sheet.
How long does a custom build take?
15-45 days in factory for standard formats. Bespoke shapes and 8-10 m buses take longer because of structural complexity — we confirm the timeline at proposal stage.
What is the minimum order?
One unit. There is no minimum batch, which is exactly why we build to drawing rather than pushing standard stock.
Can you handle export certification?
Yes, we can arrange certification on request. Cost and lead time are stated together in the quotation.
